About this tour

Our signature Sahara desert tour from Marrakech crosses the High Atlas by the Tizi n'Tichka pass, follows the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs and ends where the tarmac does — at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. You sleep in a private Berber camp, eat tagine cooked over embers and wake for the sunrise from the highest ridge.

  • Todra Gorge and the palm oasis of Tinghir
